Founded in 1931 by John G. Sears, five generations of family ownership built the company Cape Cod trusts today. In 2026 that legacy passed to a local Yarmouth grower — same crew, same standards, still locally owned.
From classic New England estates to modern coastal homes, our team blends traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design to create outdoor spaces that endure.

Every tree, shrub, and plant we install first spends time at Davenport Farms — our own tree farm and nursery in Brewster — where it's cared for and acclimated to Cape Cod's coastal conditions. By the time it reaches your yard, it's healthy, established, and ready to thrive — something few landscapers can offer.
